- Professional details (doctors): qualification, specialty, experience, preferred locations, preferred call time, and an optional CV link, if you choose to provide them.
- Institutional details (hospitals & owners): hospital or institution name, location, hiring requirement, or property details (type, bed capacity, and particulars) for lease, sale, or rental inquiries.
- Equipment details: what you wish to buy or sell through the equipment marketplace.
- On-device preferences: theme, language, form drafts, and saved jobs are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to us. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

WCommunication & Authorization
By submitting any form on this website, or by messaging us on WhatsApp, you authorize Doctors Placements to contact you via phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, and email regarding your inquiry and relevant opportunities — including if your number is registered on the DND (Do Not Disturb) registry. You may opt out at any time by informing us on any of our contact channels, and we will stop non-essential communication.
→WhatsApp-Based Submissions
The "Send on WhatsApp" option opens a pre-filled message in your own WhatsApp application — nothing is sent until you press send there. To serve you better, a copy of the details you entered in the form may also be recorded in our inquiry system at the time you choose this option.
●Data Storage & Protection
Inquiries submitted through the website are stored on secured, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to the Doctors Placements team. We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to serve you and our legitimate business records, after which it may be deleted. You may request correction or deletion of your information at any time by writing to doctorsplacements@gmail.com.

We do not sell or trade your personal information. Information is shared only as needed to fulfil the purpose you contacted us for:
- A doctor's professional profile may be shared with a relevant hiring hospital or institution (and a hospital's requirement with suitable doctors) after initial screening by our team.
- For lease, sale, rental, funding, and equipment inquiries, relevant details may be shared with screened, serious counterparties on a need-to-know basis.
- Service providers that help us operate the website (such as hosting and database infrastructure) process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- We may disclose information if required by law or a competent authority.
↗Third-Party Platforms
Our WhatsApp communities and channel, Telegram channels, and the Doctors Matrimonials website are separate platforms governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Job listings displayed on this site are loaded from our published data source, and fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive standard technical requests (such as your IP address) when the page loads.
18+Children
Our services are intended for medical professionals, institutions, and adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
